We are committed to offering the very best value on every cremation urn, keepsake and piece of ashes jewellery in our collection. If you find an identical product — the same make, size, colour, specification and model number — advertised at a lower price on any other UK funeral director's website, we will match that price.
Price matching is available before purchase only. Simply get in touch with a link to the lower price and our friendly team will take care of the rest.
How to Request a Price Match
We have kept the process as straightforward as possible so that you can spend your time on the things that matter.
- Find the same product at a lower price on another UK funeral director's website.
- Contact us with a link to the competitor's product page.
- One of our professional and friendly team members will verify the price and confirm the match — usually within the same working day.
Conditions
To ensure fairness for all of our customers, the following conditions apply to every price-match request:
- The product must be identical in every respect — including make, size, colour, specification and model number (SKU).
- Both we and the competitor must have the item in stock and available for delivery at the time of your request.
- The competitor must be a UK-based funeral director with a physical office premises.
- We must be able to independently verify the advertised price, stock availability and, where relevant, your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.
- The lower price must be offered on identical terms, including any applicable delivery charges.
Exclusions
Our price-match promise covers publicly available prices on competitor websites. The following are not eligible:
- Sale, clearance or end-of-line items.
- Delivery charges — the price match applies to the product price only.
- Exclusive or restricted discount codes, including those for staff, students, NHS Blue Light card holders or similar schemes.
- Trade prices or prices available only through a paid membership, subscription or loyalty programme.
- Prices offered by third-party marketplace sellers (e.g. Amazon Marketplace, eBay).
- Obvious pricing errors on competitor websites.
We reserve the right to decline a price-match request where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.
