We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or your item is not quite right, please review our returns policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
- Custom or personalised products (e.g. fingerprint jewellery) are non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged.
Item Condition
All returned items must be in new, resalable condition.
- Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged, and free from scratches.
- Urns must be unused and unaltered.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at shop@fordmears.uk to initiate a return.
- Securely repackage your item to avoid damage during transit.
- Ship your return to the address below.

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value.
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference will be charged.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Exceptions
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
- Personalised products, including fingerprint jewellery, are non-refundable unless faulty.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift, you may return it for an exchange or store credit.
